Terms & Conditions for Onchain Real Estate Events
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organized by Onchain Real Estate, including but not limited to conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and VIP experiences. By registering for or attending any Onchain Real Estate event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Event Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Application & Approval
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee approval or participation. Onchain Real Estate reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its sole discretion. Attendees may be required to meet specific eligibility criteria, and applications may be reviewed to ensure alignment with the event's objectives.
1.2 Age Requirement
Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate in any event.
1.3 Accurate Information
Registrants must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for any event. Providing false or misleading details may result in registration cancellation without notice.
1.4 Compliance with Local Laws
Attendees must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while attending Onchain Real Estate events. Any violation may result in removal from the event without a refund.
2. Onchain Real Estate's Role & Disclaimers
2.1 Event Organizer Only
Onchain Real Estate acts solely as an event organizer and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or real estate advisory services. Onchain Real Estate does not facilitate or guarantee any financial transactions, business agreements, or real estate purchases between attendees.
2.2 No Endorsement
Participation of any speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, or attendee does not constitute an endorsement by Onchain Real Estate. Attendees must conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any third party present at the event.
2.3 No Investment or Financial Advice
The events are intended for educational and networking purposes only. No content presented at the event should be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. Attendees are responsible for consulting their own professional advisors before making any investment or business decisions.
3. Data Collection & Privacy
3.1 Personal Information
By registering, attendees consent to sharing their contact details (name, email, company, role, etc.) with the event organizers for communication and coordination purposes.
3.2 Sharing with Partners & Sponsors
Attendee contact details may be shared with event sponsors, exhibitors, and partners for post-event networking, marketing, and business development purposes. Sponsors may reasonably contact attendees post-event for relevant business purposes unless an attendee explicitly opts out.
3.3 Marketing Communications
By attending, attendees agree to receive communications from Onchain Real Estate regarding future events, industry insights, and networking opportunities. An opt-out option will be provided in marketing emails.
4. Attendance & Conduct
4.1 No Guaranteed Entry
Certain events may have limited capacity, and an approved registration does not guarantee access to all sessions or experiences.
4.2 Professional Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner at all times. Onchain Real Estate reserves the right to remove any individual displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
4.3 No Unauthorized Promotions or Solicitations
Unauthorized marketing, distribution of promotional materials, or unsolicited sales pitches are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Onchain Real Estate.
5. Event Modifications & Cancellations
5.1 Event Changes
Onchain Real Estate reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, speakers, and venues at its discretion.
5.2 Cancellations & Refunds
If a paid event is canceled by Onchain Real Estate, attendees will be offered either a refund or alternative access to a future event. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by attendees.
6. Media & Recording Consent
6.1 Photography & Video
Onchain Real Estate events may be recorded, and photography may be conducted throughout the venue. By attending, attendees consent to being filmed or photographed and authorize Onchain Real Estate to use such media for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes.
6.2 Opting Out
If an attendee does not wish to be recorded or photographed, they must notify event staff upon arrival.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
7.1 No Responsibility for Transactions or Agreements
Onchain Real Estate is not responsible for any business transactions, investments, or agreements made between attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, or third parties during or after the event.
7.2 No Liability for Third-Party Actions
Onchain Real Estate does not assume responsibility for any claims, misrepresentations, or damages resulting from interactions with third parties at the event.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Attendees acknowledge and accept that networking and business discussions carry inherent risks and assume full responsibility for any business or financial decisions made.
8. Security & Confidentiality
8.1 Private Discussions
Onchain Real Estate does not guarantee confidentiality for discussions taking place at its events. Attendees should take necessary precautions when discussing sensitive business matters.
9. Logo Usage Authorization
9.1 Company Logo Display
By registering for an Onchain Real Estate event, you authorize Onchain Real Estate to display your company logo on our website and marketing materials to showcase event attendance. You confirm that you are authorized to grant this permission on behalf of your company.
9.2 Requesting Removal
To request removal of your company logo, please contact us at contact@onchain.realestate.
10. Agreement to Terms
By registering for or attending any Onchain Real Estate event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
