What is real estate tokenization, in plain English?

It's the process of representing ownership or economic rights to a property, or a fund holding properties, as digital tokens on a blockchain. Those tokens can be issued, transferred, and settled programmatically, with compliance rules built in.

Do we have to commit to a public token launch?

No. Most of our clients start with a private, regulated offering: Reg D, Reg S, or a comparable framework in their jurisdiction. Public launches are one option among many.

Which jurisdictions do you operate in?
